Consultancy services are offered all over the world by many professional firms. However, do they offer what you need in your specific situation? After an intake interview we both assess if and how King Invest can assist. Having experience in serving clients from many geographies, various types of industries and different (business) cultures we can truly offer a tailor-made solution. This solution always includes a practical implementation route and not a vague or unrealistic booklet filled with wonderful ideas and made up figures only proving to be non-achievable or even false.

Short-term

We offer our consultancy services as a project service in a situation where you need a short-term boost whereby temporally additional knowledge or specific experiences are needed, after which you can move on in its own strength. 

Medium- and long-term

Alternatively way we offer our consultancy services as (semi) permanent support and as guidance of management of the Dutch operation whereby King Invest can act as sparring partner for both local management as well as intermediary with other international group companies. This type of service is often provided in situations whereby local management is mainly focused on specific areas like sales, technical skills or have a non-Dutch background however whereby Dutch corporate and/or administrative knowledge is required. In addition to this we experienced that other managerial support in specific areas are appreciated as well.
